Sil Orlando, MSW spent over 20 years as the CEO of Optimist Youth Homes & Family Services with additional experiences in executive leadership roles in mental health and child welfare organizations in Canada, New York and California. Mr. Orlando is also a team lead reviewer for the Council on Accreditation. He received his master's degree in social work from Boston College.
